Massaggio Balinese
The Balinese massage is a complete treatment that starts from the feet and reaches the scalp. The person, lying on a couch, is massaged with an oil chosen according to their preferences and skin type. The non-massaged areas are covered to maintain body temperature. The technique alternates gentle, relaxing movements with more intense massages on specific areas of the body, starting with the feet, moving up the back and arms, and ending with a gentle hair massage. The practitioner uses palm pressure, acupressure, gliding and pulling to rebalance blood, lymph and energy flow.
