With experience both in real estate (Livio) and hospitality (Carolina), we became very excited with the idea of building the best vacation home service in the region.

Our goal is to craft apartments with distinctive decor. We aim for our guests to reminisce about their vacation even after a decade, recalling the unique details of their stay in Locarno and not forgetting the special care we provided them.

Our life philosophy revolves around approaching everything with love, and dedication, and offering our best while nurturing those around us. Raising three wonderful children has reinforced these values for us, inspiring us to incorporate them into every aspect of our lives, personally and professionally.
